JCI Latvia invites entrepreneurs, business leaders, and decision-makers to the region’s most ambitious B2B networking event – Business Without Borders: Baltic Sea Business Networking Congress 2025, taking place on October 24, 2025, at Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel in Riga.
The event will bring together over 250 entrepreneurs from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and other countries around the Baltic Sea, offering not only inspiration but real, practical opportunities for business growth and international cooperation.
The goal of the event is to boost export potential, foster cross-border partnerships, and strengthen the economic resilience of the Baltic region in response to today’s global economic, political, and security challenges. B2B networking area
A specially designated B2B networking lounge will be available to all participants during the event. This spacious, open-access area within the main hall will be furnished with multiple tables and chairs, creating a comfortable environment for spontaneous meetings, informal discussions, and relaxed networking throughout the day. It is designed to foster dynamic business interactions and meaningful connections in a professional yet welcoming setting.
✔ Every business meeting duration time will be 15 minutes, which we are strongly believe will serve all your needs for the resultative business negotiations during each time slot.
✔ 4-person solo standing business table will be available for each meeting. All table will be supported by comfortable area space;
✔ Total number of business meeting tables are 26, plus up to 12 business stands with business meeting tables for handling negotiation at the well branded company stand will be available to serve your effective meetings.

Power Teams
Power Teams are strategically structured working groups that bring together business professionals with shared interests in specific international markets. Each Power Team will include an experienced expert who will share real-life success stories, practical examples, and hands-on advice on how to successfully approach and enter the target country.
During the event, each Power Team will work together to create a clear, actionable plan that any company — regardless of industry — can follow to begin exporting to the selected market.
